Hello

After some discussions with a couple of fellow IFGA breeders, I had the idea to start a guppy blog entitled Guppy Truth  http://guppytruth.blogspot.com/  that will showcase alternative viewpoints from the archaic ones put forth by some guppy organizations, as well as the ill-founded ones posited by some of the new breed in the limelight today.

The purpose is to allow exposure to history, genetics research, inbreeding realities, feeding methods, and husbandry schemes that the rising star of guppy totalitarianism does not want you to know, and that the Ancients of the show circuit never knew in the first place.

Already several articles are up, with one on the way "deconstructing" an erroneous theory being perpetrated for the last 2 or 3 years.

There will be contributions from several of us maintaining the blog, and you are encouraged to submit articles as well.  Comment is open and censorship is frowned upon.  This is an open exchange, hopefully.

We will gladly post opposing articles as well, since we have nothing to fear from an opposing view.  No alterior motives or sales figures are at risk.  Education is the key.

At present, it is merely a Blog, but a website is to follow associated with a new guppy organization being hatched, for which Kee Huat has posted another thread.

Again, to much knowledge is being suppressed, and it is our goal to share with the guppy community.  In the absence of Guppy Labs, we will have to do.

I am happy to see that others are stepping in to counteract P$'s continued nonsense. A friend wrote me to tell me about this effort. I wish you well and will try to contribute as much as my limited time currently allows me to participate.

Thanks guys.  The response has been overwhelming.  I did not realize it would be so much work!
